He holds a PhD in Economics from Bar-Ilan University. He holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in economics and business administration, a master’s degree in business economics and a Ph.D. in public economics from Bar-Ilan University, where he serves as a lecturer. For several years Dr. Watsman has been teaching and teaching core economics subjects in various academic institutions, specializing in game theory and its applications in particular in order to design procurement tenders and develop advanced procurement methodologies.
